Pre-Engineered metal building to house two (2) indoor tennis courts with appropriate equipment and stripping. This building will accommodate tennis, volleyball, pickelball, and basketball. The court surface is synthetic to accommodate multiple types of sports. Ancillary functions include, restrooms, community room, and a serving kitchen, as well as other code requirements and utility support spaces. Exterior improvements include parking, outdoor lighting, landscape and irrigation, storm-water retention and four turn-key outdoor tennis courts, (grading, surfacing, fencing and lighting was also included).
