Project Details

A.D. Morgan was selected as the Design-Builder by the City of Tampa to design and build their new 40th Street FM Facility as part of the City’s Fleet Maintenance Decentralization initiative. The scope of construction includes a new multi-bay fleet maintenance building for the Water, Mobility and Contract Administration = Departments totaling nearly 40,000 sf of new offices, fleet maintenance bays, and training support space. This multi-bay garage and associated offices will be designed and built for heavy equipment vehicles needed by our Water, Mobility and Contract Administration departments, respectively. Construction will be taking place adjacent to the City’s occupied water, waste water, and administrative headquarters.
