Seminole Community Library

The Seminole Community Library, a 52,000-square-foot two-story building located on the Seminole Campus of St. Peterswburg College, is scheduled to open in August 2003. On the first floor will be a large community room that can be divided into three smaller rooms. The first floor also will have two classrooms, two computer labs, a small gallery for local artists, a large children's area, the audio visual collection, an area for new publications, a circulation desk and service area, computers for community use and an area for "Friends of the Libray." The second floor will have approximately 44 computers available for use by students and the public, as well as meeting and study rooms, library staff, faculty offices, a classroom and a teen area.
