Design/Build services for the design and construction of a new 100-bed low risk facility which will include housing, classrooms, kitchen/dining, medical treatment areas, administration, multi-purpose/gymnasium, sitework and utilities. Services will also include demolition of all existing structures at the site (approx. 20 structures total). Project on hold.
