Lowell Correctional Insitution Women's Unit Annex

This project includes sitework, utilities, wastewater, roads and fences. It also includes construction of the front and rear support buildings, four (4) open bay dorms, two (2) secure housing units, one (1) central control tower, the two (2) front, one (1) rear and one (1) side control sallyport buildings, one (1) double generator building, one (1) water treatment plant facility, one (1) geothermal pumphouse building, one (1) additional small building and additional fence work at the main unit's perimeter fence, as well as the reconstruction of the sitework at the Women's Main Unit renovation of Dorm I, demolition, renovation of former administration, medical and laundry spaces. All sitework and utilities include stormwater, sanitary sewer, potable water system, grey water system, fire flow, geothermal loop, communication, lighting, fencing and security sytems.
