Remediation and construction of partially constucted campus (7 buildings, 403 students). Campus was abandoned from 1997 - 2002. The facility was left open and exposed to the weather. As a result, very intense preconstruction effort was launched to identify materials that could be reused versus those that needed to be disposed of. Additionally, extensive repair to the faulty quality of construction in the existing facility was required. The 94,250 sq. ft. facility houses many difficult training centers.
