The Florida Atlantic University awarded The A. D. Morgan Corporation the $2.3 milion Construction Management contract for the new construction of the College of Nursing/Education & Research Facility (Louis and Anne Green Alzheimer's Research Center and Care Facility). The project consists of site development and construction of a 17,000 GSF building to provide care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease within a research and educational facility. The proposed facility will consist of a day center for 70 patients, clinical support areas (including examining rooms, clinical labs, and physical therapy space) and administrative/support areas.
