Brevard Community College has awarded A.D. Morgan the $4 million Construction Management contract for the renovations of their Administration Building and Roger W. Dobson Building located at the Cocoa Campus in Cocoa, Florida. The Administration Building (No. 2) consists of renovation to the existing two-story structure. The existing building's first floor consists of 19,668 sf and the second floor consists of 18,237 sf. Roger W. Dobson Building (No. 13) consists of renovation of 33,233 sf of existing building that includes the creation of a new TV Studio for WBCC and related offices, virtual campus offices, and a faculty training center.
