Computer Project Schedule
The A.D. Morgan Corporation utilizes a computerized CPM Scheduling program. Daily updates and continuous monitoring ensures the completion of our projects on time.
Job Cost Reporting
We utilize GEAC / AEC's StarBuilder Accounting Software to track our construction project costs. A full accounting of project cost will be prepared for your review at each month's pay request submittal.
Monthly Status Reporting
In addition, and throughout the construction of your project, we will prepare a monthly report for you that will include the following information:
- Project Status Summary Report
- Architectural Clarifications and Revisions made to the project during that month's period
- Schedule update indicating current project construction activities
- Cash flow projections
- Project progress photographs
This report keeps all of the project team, including off-site personnel, fully informed throughout the construction phase.
